Do I need to have a membership with Aymancarpentry in order to shop?
Yes. As a private shopping club, you need to be registered in our website in order to shop with us.

Do I have to pay for Aymancarpentry membership?
Joining AYMANCARPENTRY is absolutely free. There is no joining fee or obligation to buy.
What are the terms and conditions?

How can I shop at Aymancarpentry?
If you would like to order a product from our website, please select the desired quantity (how many) and add it to your Shopping cart. After confirming your selected purchases, click on the shopping cart and then click on place order. After placing your order, you will receive an email notification confirming your order providing you with an order number for tracking purposes.
Can I order by phone?
Orders are taken solely online. However, if you should encounter any difficulties please use the contact us functionality.
Do you have a minimum price for an order?
No, there is no minimum price for an order.
How can I cancel my membership?
We are always sorry to lose a valued customer and in these unusual circumstances, we are keen to receive feedback from you in the hope that we could improve our service to you and to future members. Please use the Contact us functionality.
I changed my mind. Can I return the order and get my money back?
For the time being, the only payment method available is cash upon delivery. Once the order is delivered at your door step, you will be able to check the physical items by yourself before paying for the order. If you do not like the order for any reason, you have the right not accept the delivery.
Therefore, there is no return and no refund accepted. If you have any further queries, please feel free to use the contact us functionality.
How can I cancel my order?

What forms of payment are accepted?
For the time being, the only available payment method is cash upon delivery.
What is the Currency used on the website?
The Currency used on the website is AED (د.إ). If you are outside the UAE, then the payment will be made in the currency of the country in the shipping address, and the amount of the product will be equivalent to the AED amount.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all destinations. The shipping cost outside UAE will be paid by the customer as well as custom fees if applicable. For more information please use the Contact us functionality.
How are my items shipped?
We have our own partner courier company who will contact you before delivery to confirm your address and time of delivering to assure your order makes it to your doorstep.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please use the Contact us functionality form, as some items are available in stock and some are not.
How do I track and check the status of my orders?
If you wish to follow up on the status of your order, you can log in to your account and click on My Account tab and then you will see a current and past list of your purchases with a status update. Alternatively, you can use the Contact us functionality.
What are the technical requirements to be able to shop at Aymancarpentry?
You need an existing Internet connection and a computer installed with Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2.0, Google Chrome v.10, Safari 3 or later versions. Moreover, please enable cookies and javascript within your browser settings.
What should I do if I forget my password?
